About this role
KWS Infra Eindhoven seeks an experienced site manager for road construction projects in Zeeland (based in 's-Heer Arendskerke). You will oversee project execution, manage teams of foremen and tradespeople, maintain client and partner relationships, and ensure quality and safety on construction sites. Projects range from neighborhood reconstructions to large-scale asphalt maintenance, with budgets between €0.5 and €10 million. You will report to management, coordinate with project planners and leaders, and identify opportunities to expand the client base.
What you'll likely bring
