Lead renovation projects across residential properties in northern Netherlands, overseeing work from planning through completion. Manage teams of tradespeople while coordinating with residents, partners, and clients on projects ranging from apartment blocks to single-family homes. Projects focus on modernization, energy efficiency, and structural improvements, often conducted in occupied buildings. Based at the Groningen regional office, you'll handle multiple concurrent projects including facade work, roofing, installations, and sustainability upgrades.
