Lead daily operations on infrastructure projects as an executor, overseeing teams through all project phases from design review to completion. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while monitoring costs, technical progress, and safety compliance. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers. Work on diverse infrastructure projects ranging from small tasks to large complex undertakings, such as water management works and major structural replacements. Foster collaborative team environments and identify risks early to ensure successful project delivery.
