About this role
Lead daily operations on infrastructure projects as an executor, overseeing teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You participate across all project phases—from design review to execution—identifying and mitigating risks early. Work spans diverse civil engineering projects, from routine maintenance to large complex undertakings such as water management works and lock replacements. Monitor costs, technical progress, and safety compliance throughout execution. Serve as primary contact for suppliers and subcontractors, and coordinate regularly with project leadership. Foster a collaborative team environment built on trust.
