About this role
Lead the execution of a major infrastructure project for TenneT's Offshore Grid 2GW program. As a civil works manager, you will oversee the construction of multiple substations that transport energy from offshore wind farms to the high-voltage grid. You will manage the execution team, ensure quality and safety standards, control project timelines and budgets, and coordinate with colleagues, partners, and subcontractors. You will also contribute to the project planning phase and play an active role in maintaining safety protocols throughout the work.
