Let's build together. Your impact Treasury is where Mollie's balance sheet takes shape, this team makes sure that our balance sheet is safe, well-funded and resilient. You, as Treasury Manager, will be one of the first people building the Asset & Liability Management (ALM) function for Mollie. This is a genuine 0-to-1 role. There is no legacy ALM framework to maintain, no existing ILAAP to update, no established models to inherit. You'll help design and build the liquidity risk framework, the interest rate and credit spread risk approach, and the funding and balance sheet strategy.
