About this role
A 2–3 year traineeship for recent civil engineering graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience. You'll work with a mentor across multiple departments at KWS Amsterdam–Utrecht, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as project preparation, execution, cost estimation, tender management, and design. The program is designed to help you discover your strengths and interests while developing into a qualified professional in civil engineering and construction. You'll participate in a Young Professionals community, attend training courses through the VolkerWessels Academy, and have opportunities for career growth within KWS and VolkerWessels.
