Traineeship

A structured two-year traineeship program for recent civil engineering graduates or those with up to two years of experience. You will work across multiple departments at the Zwolle-Leek location, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as project preparation, execution, cost estimation, and tender management. The program includes mentorship from experienced professionals, participation in a Young Professionals network, and access to training courses through the VolkerWessels Academy. The goal is to develop you into a qualified professional in civil engineering and infrastructure while exploring your strengths and interests across different roles.
