Lead tender manager for civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Noord-Brabant, Limburg, and Gelderland regions. Responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing winning bid strategies, and managing the tender process from start to finish. Work with project teams to translate client requirements into competitive proposals, provide technical guidance, and advise management on bid strategy. Projects range from several hundred thousand to 10-25 million euros.
