Tendermanager

Lead tender processes from initial selection through final submission at a construction company. You'll manage a tender team, establish clear workflows and role assignments, and develop competitive bids across various project types (RAW, EMVI, UAV-GC, Bouwteams). Handle projects up to €25 million independently from the tender office; collaborate with other offices on larger or integrated projects. Responsibilities include assembling the team, analyzing tender documents, identifying risks and opportunities, coordinating with internal specialists, and presenting proposals to steering committees and management.
