About this role
Lead the tender process for complex civil engineering projects at Dura Vermeer Infra Noord West. You will develop comprehensive tender plans that combine technical expertise, scheduling, phasing, and budgeting. Working hands-on rather than from a distance, you translate abstract project requirements into concrete, competitive proposals. You coordinate with internal teams and specialists to deliver distinctive solutions for bridge, quay, and industrial construction projects, with emphasis on sustainability, nature-inclusive building, and circular economy principles.
