Join IMC Trading as a Technology Recruiter responsible for building the engineering talent pipeline across Europe and globally. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from initial screening through offer stage—for software engineers and select business operations roles. Work closely with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies, track pipeline metrics, and drive data-informed hiring decisions. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen employer brand.
