About this role
Manage and maintain banking and financial applications and databases across Windows and Linux systems to ensure stability and optimal performance for Centric's major clients in the financial sector. Responsibilities include developing, installing, and managing applications and scripts; testing and documenting systems; analyzing and resolving incidents; coordinating changes with stakeholders; and participating in internal and external projects. The role combines operational management (monitoring, incident and problem management) with tactical responsibilities.
