We are looking for a  Tech Manager to lead partner implementations for BEES LATAM , acting as the bridge between external partners’ ERP systems and the BEES marketplace ecosystem. In this role, you will combine  hands-on technical leadership with people management, working closely with partners, engineers, and business stakeholders across multiple countries. Each implementation is unique, giving you exposure to different cultures, systems, and business models within BEES’ global platform. You will be part of a collaborative, high-impact team responsible for enabling partners to sell through BEES by designing, implementing, and scaling complex system integrations.
