About this role
Sweco Architects seeks a team manager for the Rail Studies team within the Rail & Stations business unit. You will lead a team of approximately 15 consultants, advisors, project managers, and technical managers working on major rail infrastructure projects including ERTMS, the Nedersaksenlijn, and capacity expansions. The role combines team leadership with active project involvement as a consultant or project lead, spanning from initial exploration through preliminary design phases. You'll contribute to sustainable rail infrastructure solutions for clients such as ProRail, national government, municipal transport companies, and contractors.
