Lead a specialized high-security team within Sweco's Safety & Security business unit, overseeing 16 experienced professionals with 20+ years of expertise in securing complex facilities such as prisons, forensic clinics, and care institutions. Bridge the integration of the former Brain of buildings team into Sweco, manage client relationships and strategic direction, and guide the team through complex security and fire safety projects in institutional environments. Balance strategic leadership with hands-on project oversight.
