About this role
Lead a financial accounting and control team within a major Dutch construction and real estate company. You will oversee financial administration for the Building and Real Estate division, provide functional leadership to financial controllers across subsidiary companies and the Financial Service Center, and ensure reliable financial reporting and strong internal controls. The role bridges subsidiary operations, the centralized Financial Service Center, and divisional control functions. You will drive process improvements, strengthen collaboration, and advance digitalization and automation initiatives within the finance organization.
