WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be helping us build the future of our agency through effective talent acquisition strategies for our DEPT® Studios team. As candidates' first point of contact, you represent DEPT®'s culture, and are responsible for ensuring a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process. Partnering with hiring teams to understand role requirements, share regular hiring updates, and provide market insights.
