Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Walmart, and more!  JOB PURPOSE As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be dedicated to recruit for a portfolio of DEPT® clients directly, we call this ‘In-House’ recruitment. You will work closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Client Partner, Delivery teams and directly with our clients, you will effectively source and recruit top talent to be embedded into our clients team.  As candidates' first point of contact, you represent DEPT®'s culture, and are responsible for ensuring a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process. Partnering with hiring teams to understand role requirements, share regular hiring updates, and provide market insights. In-house recruitment requires speed and therefore, maintaining a talented candidate pool is vital. You will have a keen eye for talent and an ability to devise and implement effective and creative sourcing strategies. You will also have the opportunity to input into process improvement.
