TA Operations Associate (Contract)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused TA Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our global recruiting function. This role will help maintain and improve the processes, tools, and reporting that enable efficient and scalable hiring across Databricks, including the use of AI and automation to streamline workflows and enhance data quality. As an Associate, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our global talent organization by ensuring smooth operations and efficient, tech-enabled processes. You will assist in executing projects, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting system enhancements, while leveraging AI and automation tools to optimize the recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to team success.
