You will be responsible for developing and scaling local supply chain capabilities that support service parts, tools, upgrades, installations, and relocations. In this role, you combine operational leadership with strategic planning to ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and customer-focused supply chain operation in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. Role and responsibilities You will lead the development and execution of the local supply chain strategy while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include: Develop and scale the Supply Chain organization in Ireland to support existing and future customer manufacturing sites. Define the organizational structure, staffing model, and capability requirements needed for sustainable growth. Establish and optimize supply chain infrastructure, including warehouse, cleanroom, transportation, and in-fab logistics processes. Partner with customers and Customer Service teams to translate customer needs into e
