Strategic Product Development Manager (all genders)

About the role: What's in the box In this role, you will own the assortment roadmap and key monetisation levers for HelloFresh DACH product categories, driving AOV growth across Add-on Market, surcharge, and modular offerings. You will optimise assortment performance through data-driven analysis, shape pricing and bundle strategies, and translate insights into actionable commercial decisions. Working cross-functionally across Product, Culinary, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, you will also help execute the merchandising calendar and leverage AI-driven automation to improve efficiency and execution at scale. Please note that this position is a 24-month fixed-term contract (with the aim of converting it to a permanent position afterwards). What you’ll do: The Recipe Own the assortment roadmap and monetisation lever design for HelloFresh DACH's product categories: Add-on Market (DACH only), surcharge, and modularity. Success is measured by sustained AOV growth across the DACH monetisation categories. Continuously track and improve product assortment through performance analysis, and partner with stakeholders to generate action plans that close performance gaps. Build AI automation workflows or agents to streamline category operations, performance reporting, and execution. Define and adjust pricing for surcharge items and selected add-on products within the broader pricing framework.
