About this role
Lead a tunnel construction crew as a foreman at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Rotterdam. You will manage a team of 6 workers, coordinate daily planning with the project manager and other discipline leads, monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and guide new team members. You'll also communicate with subcontractors to keep work on schedule and contribute to project planning from the early stages.
