About this role
Internship opportunity at Centric Software focused on developing and enhancing learning pathways for Field Service Engineers. You will research competencies, skills, and responsibilities across different engineer levels (FSE 2-5), collaborate with internal stakeholders and practicing engineers, and create practical training modules and educational content. You will also help update and improve the existing FSE 1 learning program to ensure it remains current with industry practices.
