The Opportunity Marketing Science & Optimization is the engine that powers how HelloFresh allocates hundreds of millions of dollars in marketing investment globally. How we measure effectiveness, understand incrementality, optimize budgets, forecast outcomes, and connect performance back into future decisions directly impacts customer growth, profitability, and long-term business performance. Today, many of these capabilities exist across different systems, methodologies, and teams. We are building a unified decisioning ecosystem where measurement, experimentation, forecasting, audience intelligence, and optimization work together to drive smarter investment decisions at scale. This role owns that ecosystem end-to-end. We are looking for a product leader who can define the future of marketing decision-making at HelloFresh. You will build the systems that transform data into decisions, decisions into actions, and actions into measurable business outcomes. This is not a coordination role. We are looking for someone who can establish the vision, prove impact through experimentation, and scale successful solutions globally.
