S'more about the role As a Staff AI Content Designer on our team at HelloFresh, you’ll be instrumental in building the next generation of HelloFresh experiences — from how customers discover us, to how they personalize their plans, manage their subscriptions, and fall in love with cooking. You'll shape the language, logic, and voice of these experiences at a pivotal moment in how HelloFresh shows up for its customers. This isn't a chatbot role. But it does require someone who understands how people converse with intelligent systems: how tone shifts in an exchange, how questions get asked and answered, how a response can feel natural or robotic depending on a single word choice. Great content design in an AI-powered product environment demands both strategic systems thinking and genuine editorial craft.
