Either way, I’m looking forward to finding someone who genuinely cares about the work, the people, and building something great together.   This is a contract role (2-3 days per week) where you’ll act as a fractional HR partner for one of our clients, co-building, crafting, and implementing people systems that create the foundation for thriving, high-performing cultures. You’ll get to do meaningful, strategic work while still being hands-on with the day-to-day.
