Vendor Strategy & Relationship Management Own the pharmacy vendor portfolio: primary, backup, regional, and specialty partners across both compounded and branded tiers Design and maintain vendor scorecards; lead business reviews (QBRs) against SLAs for speed, accuracy, fill rate, and cost Serve as the lead operator on pharmacy RFPs, contract renewals, and onboarding of new partners Maintain contractual SLA documentation; flag compliance gaps and drive remediation with vendors Build and own the vendor escalation playbook for supply disruptions, quality events, and service failures 2. Pharmacy Cost & Margin Build and maintain a pharmacy cost model: acquisition cost by drug, formulation, strength, and vendor; track actuals vs. budget monthly Lead pricing benchmarking across compounded and branded partners; surface optimization opportunities to leadership Identify and model COGS levers: vendor-
