Sr. Manager, Finance PMO & Operations (Procure-To-Pay)

GAQ327R163 Overview: Databricks is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Commercialization, PMO, and Operations. You will be responsible for driving organization, transformation, innovation and operational efficiency at scale, as well as managing key programs across global Finance teams within the Controllership organization and with our cross-functional stakeholders. You will interface with leadership to ensure transparency and visibility into our programs and projects. You will partner with teams across the Controllership, including Order to Revenue (Revenue Operations, Billing, Revenue Accounting, Revenue Assurance), Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, and Commissions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Engineering, Go-to-Market, FP&A, Pricing, Sales Operations, and our Internal Audit team. You will own planning processes, project intake and prioritization and drive key trade-off decisions on behalf of the Controllership.  Your passion should be planning, leading, and executing global, cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects that impact the Finance organization.
