As a Senior Engineering Manager on the Artifact Distribution team, you will lead an engineering team responsible for Databricks’ core artifact storage and distribution infrastructure . Every machine launched in the cloud by Databricks— millions of cloud machines daily —relies on this service to fetch container images, machine learning model weights, dependencies, and runtime configurations to initialize. This infrastructure is mission-critical to daily operations and directly impacts company revenue. The impact you will have: Lead Mission-Critical Infrastructure: Direct a high-impact engineering team responsible for artifact storage, cross-cloud & cross-region replication, and distribution service scaling across millions of cloud instances daily.
