This role is responsible for improving data accuracy across multiple systems, documenting and standardizing processes, supporting a vendor implementation, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day administration of key employee programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working across systems, identifying problems, cleaning up data, and building more consistent and reliable processes.
