This role combines customer-facing deployment and support with hands-on development and engineering contributions to our AI/ML analytics platform. You will work directly in customer environments, many of which are air-gapped, to deploy and support our platform while also contributing to feature development, debugging, testing, and continuous improvement of the product. This is an ideal role for an engineer who enjoys both solving real-world problems on-site and building software solutions hands-on.
