Software Developer This is a hybrid role to the Toronto, ON HelloFresh Headquarters  The role Our Backend Engineers assume development and operational responsibility for the HelloFresh platform that serves millions globally to deliver the best experience for our customers and internal users. What you’ll do An active, solution-oriented member of autonomous, cross-functional agile teams collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple and reliable solutions. Design, build, and maintain backend services and internal products that support headcount planning, staffing and optimization along with operational decision-making. Contribute to the development of a global platform used by planners across multiple HelloFresh markets. Drive automation initiatives that improve the efficiency and scalability of planning processes. Work with large and interconnected datasets to support planning, and optimization use cases. Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices within the team.
