We are looking for experienced SITE MANAGER who will have the following responsibilities: Lead, direct and control the implementation of the project on the Client site in line with the strategy and procedures developed with the global team and the specific contract requirements. Maintain excellent relationships with the Client management and communicate with them on a regular basis, both formally and informally. Provide strong and visible leadership and management in the area of Health, Safety and Environment and ensure that it is recognized as the most important issue on the Site. Achieve the objectives for the agreed Key Performance Indicators. Implement and support the maintenance management systems required to enhance the reliability, performance and maintainability of the production assets. Drive maintenance improvement initiatives. Manage personnel in a manner that meets the goals set out above and enhances the development of the personnel. Professionally qualified with at least 10 y
