About this role
Nexton seeks a Service Coordinator to act as the central point of contact between customers, technicians, and contract managers. You will oversee the planning and execution of maintenance and service projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating daily service activities, monitoring progress against contractual agreements and KPIs, and communicating with stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
