Senior UI Designer

JOB PURPOSE In this role, you’ll work with a talented team of digital designers in our growing office in Zagreb or Split, shaping top-notch experiences for international clients. You’ll collaborate with DEPT® teams across Europe, tackle complex design challenges, and push design quality to the next level. You're not just a strong designer, you’re a people-first leader who mentors talent, challenges conventions, and helps shape a thriving team culture. From hiring to hands-on design, you'll play a key role in putting our Croatian design team on the map. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive creativity and deliver excellence: As a lead designer for key accounts, you set the standard for design quality and ensure that every project is not only visually appealing but also strategically sound, delivered on time, and within budget.
