Managing full-cycle recruitment across various locations in EMEA you will act as a trusted advisor to senior R&D leaders. You won't just fill roles; you will leverage market intelligence to advise on regional talent pools, and champion diverse hiring pipelines. In this high-impact role, your expertise will directly shape the engineering culture and capabilities of Twilio’s premier EMEA hubs. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll
