Currently we are building AI agents to improve our product offerings. Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies across complex projects and product lines. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and automation suites for web, mobile, and backend applications. Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex software defects in collaboration with development and product teams. Define quality benchmarks and ensure adherence to quality engineering best practices across the team. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers; provide code and test case reviews, coaching, and technical leadership. Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Own the test lifecycle and contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration and release readiness assessments.
