The Team You’ll Work With You'll join our Developer Experience (DevEx) team, a lean "Special Ops" unit within Carta's Infrastructure organization. Our North Star: remove friction from every step of the software delivery lifecycle so Carta's engineers can do the best work of their careers. We own CI/CD infrastructure, GitHub governance across 500+ repos, the rollout of AI coding tools across our company, and the internal tooling layer that lets Carta move fast without breaking things.
