Senior Software Engineer, Care & Onboarding

The Care & Onboarding team builds and maintains the tools that enable the core workflows of our Customer Care Agents, Onboarding Consultants, and the broader Toast team. Our work directly impacts how Toast supports its restaurant customers at every stage of their journey. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join this team and help shape the future of how these teams operate. You will contribute to building a strong technical foundation that will carry Toast through the next decade and beyond. In this role, you will design, build, and own backend services and integrations that power internal workflows at scale. You will partner closely with product, design, and operations to translate complex business needs into reliable, maintainable systems, and you will help raise the bar for engineering quality through code reviews and mentorship.
