Join Flow Traders' Hong Kong office as a Senior Research Engineer to lead the development and global deployment of a research framework for training and deploying trading models. You will work on building infrastructure for defining, optimizing, and productionizing machine learning models, and collaborate with quantitative researchers to develop data-driven trading strategies and alpha signals.
What you'll likely bring
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Machine Learning, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in MLOps, Research Engineering, or ML Research
- Strong background in machine learning and statistical modeling
