Senior Regulatory Counsel Adyen is looking for a Senior Regulatory Counsel with extensive experience in banking, financial services, payments, or card networks. As a senior member of the team, you will deeply influence the importance of regulatory compliance in India and act as a strategic business partner to both local and global stakeholders. You will advise on the evolving regulatory framework, including laws, regulations, and compliances prevailing in India, with a specific focus on payment aggregation and financial services. What you’ll do Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor regulatory developments in India, including Reserve Bank of India circulars and policies, and advise on their impact and implementation on Adyen’s local and global operations. Operational Excellence: Operationalize complex regulatory requirements in India and monitor compliance on an ongoing basis. Advisory & Support: Provide pragmatic legal and regulatory advice to internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Finance, Operations and Commercial teams) to accelerate the  growth in India. Be a trusted
