About this role
Join Holland Scherm, a national specialist in noise barriers and civil engineering concrete work, as a Senior Project Manager based in Gouda. You will independently manage project preparation and execution phases, overseeing planning, work documentation, health & safety and environmental plans, procurement, and knowledge transfer between phases. You'll handle financial planning, identify budget deviations, process change orders, and coordinate with subcontractors, main contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
