The job needs real interaction and interface design craft, plus a strategic head for balancing what customers need against what the business needs. And increasingly, it means treating AI as a working partner in your process, not just something you ask for ideas. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, writers, and customer success along the way. Your Impact: Shape product design strategy. You're the one connecting what the business needs, what customers need, and what's technically possible.  Design and build alongside other designers, PMs, and engineers. Using AI end to end. From digging through research to prototyping to iterating, not just for a first-draft idea dump.  Turn ideas into things people can actually react to: wireframes, diagrams, task flows, working prototypes.
