Rallying the team to deliver an efficient, safe, and financially sharp operation.  What you’ll do: Shape the Site: Oversee our entire Production facility - including the warehouse and planning functions - with strategic oversight of our 3PL partner managing agency and hourly workforces. Cultivate Excellence: Champion a culture of continuous improvement across safety, quality, and cost efficiency within an agile, rapidly scaling operational environment. Align & Influence: Act as a key strategic partner to stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and aligning diverse interests to deliver business objectives. Own the Numbers: Drive site performance through critical metrics such as efficiency and error-reduction.  Connect Globally: Collaborate with your peers to establish standardisation, share best practices, and build seamless operational consistency.
