Senior Media Project Lead

We have been certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021.   JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Senior Project Manager to take the reins on two high-impact strategic initiatives shaping our media and solution offerings for executive-level visibility. This isn’t a passive task-tracking role: you will step in, establish structure, and lead cross-functional execution end-to-end. While onboarding support is provided, we need someone who thrives on full operational ownership, drives momentum, and delivers high-quality outputs independently. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Drive end-to-end execution: Establish project plans that meet the key milestones and deliverables, and manage timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across workstreams. Lead senior stakeholder alignment: Collaborate directly with leadership, internal domain experts, and external consultants to keep project goals and executive updates aligned. Own resource & workflow management: Define capability and expertise needs, partner with team leader
