Senior Marketing Data Analyst (all genders)

The role As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst in our Global Marketing Analytics organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making at HelloFresh. Based in our Berlin Headquarters, you’ll join the Market Insights team - an internal analytics function supporting senior leadership across 15+ HelloFresh markets spanning 3 continents . You will turn data into strategic recommendations, challenge the status quo, and directly shape how our global brands grow and operate. What You’ll Do Act as a trusted advisor to Global Marketing leadership : understand their challenges, frame analytical problem statements, and translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations Measure, benchmark, and monitor brand and market performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve key Marketing and business KPIs Influence and optimize Marketing budgets and planning processes by challenging assumptions and ensuring data-driven decision making Lead high-impact analytical projects , often partnering directly with senior stakeholders to enhance performance frameworks, forecasting, growth strategies, and reporting ecosystems Build and enhance reporting and visualization assets that support day-to-day decision-making and strengthen global performance oversight Collaborate with and mentor analysts within the team, fostering a high-performing and supportive analytics community Streamline analytical processes and workflows , championing scalable and automated so
