About this role
Lead large-scale digital and organizational transformations for clients as a Senior Manager at Eraneos Netherlands. You will drive change initiatives by fostering agile mindsets across teams, management, and leadership. Your role involves guiding implementation of new ways of working while ensuring adoption and sustained results. You'll work within the Organizational Excellence & Transformation team, which specializes in change management, lean methodologies, and agile practices, with particular expertise in DevOps and IT organizational structures. Responsibilities include managing major transformation projects, advising at executive and board level, building client relationships, acquiring new business, and developing junior consultants and project teams.
