Position Description: This is a key leadership role in the Professional Services (Technical Architecture) organization, responsible for the implementation of Okta services. The Senior Manager is an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on leader preferably in the Security and/or Identity & Access Management domain, who can rapidly learn and apply the Auth0 value proposition to customers of all sizes. The Senior Manager is a leader of a high-performing team of Technical Architects, functioning in a "player-coach" model. This role requires impressive field and management experience and involves mentoring the team of Technical Architects. You have experience managing a technical team, resource forecasting, change & escalation management and operational excellence for Professional Service teams.
