About the job This position is needed to lead our North America and LATAM (Americas) recruiting efforts across GTM and Marketing. You aren't just managing a team; you will be a critical pillar of the global TA leadership team. Reporting directly to the Global Director of TA - GTM and Marketing, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor to our GTM (including Sales, Partnerships, and Global Operations) and Marketing executive leaders in the region. Your mission is to blend operational excellence with a human-centric leadership approach, ensuring our Ame
